Will the launcher only include complete texture packs, or will it include WIP packs as well?

I'd love to have JSTR in there, (preferably above Sphax :p ) so yeah. If it's about permissions, (which would be ever so typical here) they've got mine.

Each texture pack has to have every single mod textured, and every item/block within that mod textured. So afaik, nobody has met that yet.
