Launcher Texture packs empty

hi,
I have a problem.
My launcher when i start it and klick on Texture packs doesn´t show me any texture packs.
And if i start Monster and go to options-->Resource packs it is empty too.
But when i go to the Folder with the button it shows me two.

pls help me.

srry for my bad english. :/
