Launcher takes too long to load modpack list

Hello everyone!

I've been playing FTB for a couple of months, but now something really annoying is going on here.

As the title says, when I open my FTB launcher it instantly loads Direwolf20 1.6.4 and Horizons 1.6.4 modpacks. But as I'm playing Unleashed (and only this is properly installed), I need to wait for like, 5 minutes to load the rest of the modpacks, then Unleashed automatically selects and I can play.

My wife plays with me using the same internet connection, and she doesnt have this issue. I believe the following is the only important part of the log:

Adding pack 1
Adding pack 2
Connection timed out: connect: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
Can't get input stream from URL!: javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't get input stream from URL!
Can't get input stream from URL!: javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't get input stream from URL!
Can't get input stream from URL!: javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't get input stream from URL!
Can't get input stream from URL!: javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't get input stream from URL!
Can't get input stream from URL!: javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't get input stream from URL!

[then, some minutes after the pack 1 and 2 added..]

Adding pack 3
Adding pack 4
Adding pack 5

[...]

I really dug into the webs to try and find the solution, and I failed. But maybe I'm just dumb. :p

So.. can anyone help me?

Sure, I'm sorry!

Operating System, bit type: Windows 7 64 bits
Java version/update, bit type: Java 7 Update 45 (64 bits)
Launcher version: 1.1.9
Completed the troubleshooting guide (y/n): Kinda :p Can I get some feedback on this before having to reinstall the whole thing? I reinstalled Java yesterday though. But I was already having this issue.
