Launcher Problems!

launcher does not open and
console opens up and says:

tried re-downloading and clearing ftblauncher folder nothing is working?!?!??!?!??!

Do the steps listed here please. Make sure to follow the steps exactly. Also make sure to look at the "other useful information" section expecially about problems with certain av programs.

If you still have issues then go here for information and help with logs.
