Launcher problems when running a FTB server (MAC) (Java 6 SE)

I am setting up a private FTB Mindcrack server friends and foes. The problem is as soon as i installed the server i cant open up the FTB launcher to start minecraft, it stops at the console and not opening the launcher at all. Code from console can be viewed below. I have removed eveyrthing related to FTB and minecraft several times to redo it. I can get both server and launcher up and running if i have the launcher running be fore i setup the server. But as soon as a server has been setup on the same computer once (dont have to be running) the FTB launcher wont open.

I have this errand opened as a support ticket as well, but i wanted to give the community a go at it since there is a big chance someone is a little less newb then me.
