Launcher Problem

When I try to start FTB, it takes the launcher a very long time to start, and when it does open, none of the modpacks are there, and it says "Please wait while mods are loading", but they never load. And the console keeps saying connection timeout. Can someone please help?

Please provide a console log to pastebin.com by clicking on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button. This will add a link at the bottom of the log. If it does not allow you to paste it please paste it to pastebin.com yourself. Look here to ensure you log does not get removed from pastebin.com
