Windows .exe Launcher not loading

Hi.
I have been having an issue today with my launcher not loading.
I've tried deleting everything and even downloading a new .exe but it still will not load at all.

Just wondering if there is a fix or something I need to do differently on my end.

Intel Celeron D Processor
2.66 GHz
2 GB RAM
Windows XP Home Edition

Welcome. There is a recommended install guide be sure to follow it if you have not already. Now after following the guide if you are still experiencing problems please post a console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link to it here. This is easy to do just click on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button on the console. This will give you a URL that you post here.

Well not sure what changed (maybe it was my update of Java?). But I followed the guide to the T and it worked.
