Details of the issue:

FTB for some reasons detects that there is a duplicate instance of Flans Mod
But there is no duplicate instance of Flans Mod.
This seems to be a launcher issue.

I also have the exact same pack on Technic Launcher, and it works perfectly fine on that.​

Well I believe you just need to install the new version of the launcher(dont think there's an update launcher implemented inside the launcher itself)

Launcher updater code was broken in version 1.4.3. Download new version.
