Windows .exe Launcher failing to Launch

Operating System and bit type: Windows 7 64 bit
Java version/update and bit type: Java installed (Version 7 Update 45) (I think it's 32? never been able to get 64)
Launcher version: FTB launcher v1.3.2

Description of the Issue: Everything works fine until I click 'launch' and then nothing happens, nothing opens up and the launcher just refreshes.

Uninstall Java. Reinstall Java 7, u 45 x64 from here: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.html

Done so but still no luck. I doubt that the console log has changed but incase it has:
