Windows .exe Launcher doing nothing

Hello,

I hope someone here on this forum can help me. I'm trying to play FTB on my low-end laptop but the launcher has problems connecting to creeperrepo i think.
He doesn't load anything, no modpack list, no map list, no texture pack list.

I hope that's the right log, because i couldn't use the Pastebin button from within the launcher.

Thank you for using pastebin. It seems to be the correct log, but its missing the info about OS and where the packs are installed. Please follow the basic troubleshooting guide here, carefully and exactly.
