Windows .exe Launcher does not launch successfully.

Well, if it's not java, not norton, not placement or filled folders and there are no error logs whatsoever then im dry.
The only thing i can think of is to go to the event viewer and see if anything pops up in those logs that could be related to the problems.
So note the time, try to open the launcher for example every 10th second for a minute.
Then open event viewer and see if there are any events in the logs (the custom views + windows logs folder) that could be related to this so that we at least get something to go after.

Ran the launcher with nortons turned off, and it still did the same thing, only have java 7 64 bit installed. If my previous post seemed rude, i'm sorry and didn't intend it too.

Edit:
finally got it to launch by deleting and re-downloading *facepalm* now it won't let me login, but it could be that the launcher is having login problems. I'll try to login tomorrow and see if it'll let me login in, if so i a happy person, if not time may be the best solution.

You could try removing the exclamation marks from your FTB folder name, the FTB launcher doesn't seem to like exclamation marks at all.

YAY! it works now, just had to rename the folder and redirect the launcher to install to it. Thanks to everyone who provided input whether it actually worked or not (idk what actually made it work). I can finally start on the most awesome thing i've been thinking of for a while

I'm having a similar problem, it'll load the launcher and stuff for the game, then the fml creating my world stuff, then when its about to finish it comes up with this error and won't finish launching FTB, what confuses me is that it doesn't show any problem in the logs...
