Windows .exe Launcher does not even start.

Hello,
When ever i start the FTB launcher this error comes up. http://pastebin.com/QqCin6w8
I notice it being a array out of bounds error. The number on the left side of the > is inconsistent it ranges from 1-7 on different tries. Sometimes the launcher will open without this error but most of the time it will come up with this error, its quite frustrating. Any ideas?
