Bug Launcher creating 2 copies of the same mod on 2 drives.

I selected D: because I have limited space on C: but FTB puts somewhat 2 copies of each mod on BOTH drives. Each mod is a different size on each drive but are still large on C: which is NOT where I want the mods to be installed. Plus, any mods that came with Texture Packs and Maps are on the C: drive only. Why?

This wasn't that way before.

What contents are inside c:\<something>\ftblauncher\Modpacks\* directories? I don't believe they contain installed modpacks.
