Well I'm using a modpack with quite some technical mods - and I just started a big reactor.
After having dozens of self-supplying rf systems that have a by-product of creating useful items (magma crucible -> stirrling, or auto farmer -> wheat -> bread -> culinary generator).
But the first thing that struck me: those numbers - how am I supposed to transport and distribute the RF. A quick mock-up generator I build already produces 75K RF/tick (passivelly cooled). This is enough for quite some time - but I see no way to actually distribute it - all tiers of transportation (thermal expansion/enderio) are just too slow. Even the transceiver from ender io can only do like 20k a tick I think?
What is typically used for such large networks? Making a line with capacitors seems just annoying, but is that the only option?
