Large fps drops when opening chests/inventory screens

My average fps is around 60, When I open a chest or crafting table or anything like that it drops to around 10 for about 5 seconds. IT's getting very annoying. could someone help me?

Im running mindcrack pack, Also it doesnt happen in vanilla.
