Large Blade Pattern?

Anyone know how to get it? Cuz it's not in the regular pattern table.

it's a chest loot which you can often find in the chests of TC's villagers

I'm fairly sure it's bugged right now in the latest versions of TC.

As the person above me said, you're best off finding it in a chest in a TC house, or getting it from trading. Or, if you're on a multiplayer server, you can borrow it from somebody else who made a smeltery before the latest TC update which bugged out the creation of the casts.
