Am looking to make this in my world, but the recipe that exists for it, has a lappack in it. Anyone able to offer help on this please?

It should be six Lapis blocks and a BatPack and a tin ingot. There may be some funky oreDict nonsense that also lets it be crafted with a lappack, but it should be the tier one BatPack unless something has changed in the -ex branch over the years.
No your jetpack is completely different, and is unrelated to the lappack. It is the batpack, the one that requires six reusable batteries to craft, that is the component for the lappack.
Okay I understand what you're saying now. Does this item recharge everything or only certain items? Because I'm looking for something that will recharge my Jetpack because 30,000 eu isn't nearly enough
Lappack and Jetpack are mutually exclusive because they both take up the Chest armor slot. There might be Jetpack upgrades, depending on what sort of addons you have for IC2. You can try having a mostly empty jetpack in your inventory while wearing your Lappack, it might recharge in inventory. It won't give you extra flight range, because you'll still need to land to recharge, but it might be close enough to what you are looking for.
