I have a lan party set up for my self and my wife we are using recommended FTB omnia
both config file sets are the exact same but her computer keeps getting kicked off the server and the only message we get is "illegal package received, terminating connection"
aside form starting a new game we cant seem to fix this issue

is there any at all we can do
we have tried deleting the app and reinstating it we have deleted the insulation of FTB Omnia and redownloading it on both systems with no improvement

Yes Norton is active on both

Try disabling Norton and whatever firewall it uses completely, then connecting and see if that makes a difference.

Ok we will try and see the ftb cotton pack works perfectly so it may be just that mid pack
