Lan error

when me and my girl friend try to go onto lan it doesnt work about a week before it was working but since the latest patch it doesnt seem to work now anyone know why this is?

I think this is fixed in 1.4.5, there was something about that mentioned in the changelog, I think you'll to wait till FTB is released for 1.4.5 sorry :(
