Lags because of NEI

Hey everyone,
I started playing ftb infinity evolved. Normally it works good at my PC. ive about 90-110 FPS and enough memory storage. But when i open chests or my inventory it starts lagging for about 2 seconds. Also when i try to search and craft things with NEI it starts lagging. When i turn the NEI mod off its all fine and there are no lags.
Maybe someone can help me with this problem...
Pls excuse if ive some grammar mistakes, etc . i am not a native speaker.
