Give us some details? What were you doing at the time of the FPS drops? Have you made recent changes to your computer's software or hardware?

What changes have you recently made? Have you added any new machines? Or added any timers or BC pipes?

did not really do anything was afking a bit then when i came back started to lagg ( tried shutting server down and back up), did not do any changes to software / hardware. i did build a small pneumatic pipe to automate my induction furnace but other then that no changes were made. my frames today are a bit better then yesterday but still not as good as they used too be

Upload both the client and server files, they're named like this in your minecraft directory and server directory ForgeModLoader-client/server-x.log

It looks like one is version 1.4.6 and the other is version 1.4.7, redownload everything and make sure that they are both the same version.

Thx for the patient with me ^^, I think that actually did the trick :), now have around 80-100FPS hope they dont drop again.

could you actually tell me why my frames are so unstable? always used to play and have stable frames. not used to this.

now its telling my always need to download a new modpack version even though i just downloaded everything new

As you add more modded blocks to the world your fps is going to decrease because it has to process more things, unlike vanilla where there's nearly no automation. If its making you redownload the modpack every time force updating again might fix it or there's a file called version in every modpack folder that you can edit to say the latest version.
