Lagging in the FTB Ultimate

The game was working fine until a few hours ago. Now it is lagging like crazy as you can see in the video:

I even followed the suggestions including the increasing ram. No luck. Any ideas?

Now that you've removed your chunk loaders, go to the nether and unload dimension 0 to see if it was your base that was causing it. If you're having trouble unloading dimension 0, try /chunkloaders to see if you've left behind any (like a portalgun mod portal or such). I've found BC pipes lag a LOT when they're trying to explode from being overloaded (which can be addressed via the BC config or just using routers and ME networks to handle large volumes of items).

I play on a server, but that runs fine. It is not my own server, though. I will try your suggestions, Siro, thank you.
