Windows .exe Lag.

Hi I'm having a FTB server up and running and some of my friends are dealing with lag. 1 of them are dealing with FPS lag which i don't know why since he got a new pc that should easily be able to handle FTB. The other though deals with regular lag. We usually blames his internet but he tells us he has no problems with others servers. Could it be my server that is the problem? I have allocated 6G ram. MY internet should be the problem either but in case. i have 5/5 but when i test my speed it says 7/10.

Any help is apreciated.

I haven't tried the dedicated server thing. But I don't really know how to get a dedicated server up so I can play aswell.
