Windows .exe Lag when using mouse buttons

I dont know when it started, but now when i play, as soon as i hit anything with Mouse1 (air, blocks or whatever) the game lags up, for about one half second.

Same thing when i place an item in the crafting slot, a very short bug annoying lagspike occurs EVERY time.

It even lags up when i press Mouse2 even if just in the mid air! I NEVER had this before and its completley ruining the experience...

Anyone got ideas what it might be?
