Lag Spikes on New Pack

I just reset my Creeperhost server to the Monster pack(V1.0.1) with no additional mods installed. The only thing that has been done on the world itself it a bit of exploring and few chests have been placed and one furnace has been made. That being said every few min I get a lag spike. It causes block rubberbanding. My server says it's only using up 50% of it's memory. Any Ideas.

I have the Skeleton Server with
4096MB Ram
45GB HDD
3 core CPU
