Lag Spike every couple seconds

Title Lag Spike every couple seconds

Details of the issue When i start the game after a couple of minutes the game start having lag spikes every couple of seconds.
i realy dont know what to do.
i tried adding Optifine or Giving minecraft more RAM and nothing worked.
My Specs:
Intel i5-4570 CPU
3.20GHz
8gb RAM
GeForce GTX-760
