It only lags while in the world, it does not lag when in the menu or in inventories, I have no clue what is causing this but it is not only one world or and on my other computer it runs fine.

Modpack? System specs? Java version? How developed is your base? SSP or SMP? We can't help without info.

I have tried both Monster and Agrarian Skies, both were laggy. I have forgotten how to bring up system specs. Multiple worlds with developed bases or new are all laggy. Both SSP and SMP.

Java version and if it's 32 or 64 bit will be needed as well. Sounds like the issue I had when I accidentally installed 32 bit Java instead of 64.

How much is allocated to FTB? You should be able to get away with 2 GB, MAYBE 2.5, but any higher you'll have issues.

Also some JVM arguments might help but i don't know of any current updated ones.

If it's laggy in both Monster and AgS on new worlds, it could be other background processes that are affecting the computer. Try running msconfig and choose diagnostic startup. It should disable most other processes that run automatically on the computer. Then reboot, and see if it is any better. That will at least let you know if it is another program running that is causing the issues. It doesn't rule out everything, but it does address a lot.

Agreed. You processor is marginally better than mine but I'm able to run RR with 200ish mods, at around 30ish fps. Minimal lag upon terrain gen and immediately loading a world.

Do you have some relevant JVM arguments then? I really don't understand why my computer is doing this.
