Windows .exe LAG issues that I just can't get rid of

Hey guys, I have an alright gaming pc with and i5, 16Gb Ram etc.. but I can only get 15-30 fps (if I'm lucky) out of my FTB. I am using the MindCrack ftb mod pack.

I've tried multiple methods of trying to fix my problems, re-installing java, re-installing FTB, installing optifine (I've tried at least 4-5 different versions), increasing the ram and just no fix at all.

If someone could help me out I will be so greatfull.

Hi, can you post your graphic card too ?
I have a friend with a computer just like yours, that could only get 15-30 fps because of his graphic card...

i would try restarting your pc then make sure you have the most up to date java version(64bit if posible)
