Lag Infinity ModPack

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the FTB Modpack Infinity.

I have 8GB RAM Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 2400MHz with i7 4790k and GTX 970 (Gigabyte g1)

The fps are always at least 150, however, the chunk updates range from 0 to 600 in seconds.

Please Help me

And what is the problem?
Chunk updates don't mean much for as long as fps and tps are good and even then it is probably not really relevant.

So what could be I've never seen 600 chunk updates ...
if I'm not in plain i lag , if I go in
forest no , frames not ever fall below 100 , but lags ... I do not know what to do at this point
