Sorry for being inactive!
I know 1.2.6 had some errors, and I will be working on releasing 1.2.7 soon. Afterwards, I will be writing the whole quest book storyline, and then implementing it for a big 1.3.0 update.

Hi there,

This sounds promising I would love to give it a run but I'm experiencing the right click bug: After a minute or two playing I can't right click anything from my toolbar. I can still open chests or harvest crops but not open the quest book or eat some food as others have stated (playing 1.2.6 singleplayer). The only fix I found for now is to restart my client (logging does not help), I can then open my quest book but after a minute or so it stops working again and worse, the initial quest reverses back to "not completed".

EDIT : the reversing completion of the quest tipped me of, but the "Save all" button on the right side made it blind obvious : you have left hqm in edit mode !

Sorry. I am having serious trouble figuring out the mod that is causing all the trouble, albeit the fact that I have little time to work on the pack. 1.2.7 hopefully will fix that, and I will make sure to turn off the HQM edit mode in 1.2.7. For now, you can go to Config > HQM > EditMode.cfg and change the option to false.

Well, I'm going to release 1.2.7, since I want to release a bug fix fast. Sorry for the inactivity, all the bugs that people have been complaining about should be fixed (Except for a few). Spice of Life is removed officially from the Mod folder, so hopefully that will fix the eating bug. I may/may not have fixed the server-side HQM bug, I am testing it now.

I'm having the same issue with not being able to right click or open the HQM or other books, after a minute or two of play.

Has there been any luck in finding a solution?

Ok, I turned off hunger overhaul and it seems to be working now.

BUT now I can't see a recipe for "makeshift axe" at all - I could find and make the stone saws, but there's nothing for makeshift axe. Is it something I'm supposed to know?

I feel like I'm missing something or derping pretty hard...

I figured out the recipe for the makeshift axe by looking at what you could do with stone.... but now.... How do I make the cobblestone filled bucket? Are you supposed to pick it up from somewhere? I've gone all over the island, and I can't find any clay, and I can't find anything anywhere that might have a bucket or anything like that....

Obviously I'm missing something - halp?!

Sorry, I'm really dumb, and I forgot to tell the recipe for the Makeshift items. The axe is 2 stones, 1 stone rod, 1 grass twine/string; the saw is 1 stone, 2 rods, 1 grass twine/string.

Also, is anyone interested in taking over development of this modpack? I haven't had a lot of time to reply to comments or update the pack. My email is in the main post.

1.3.0 HYPE! I went through the modpack and sifted out all those annoying uncompletable quests and such. I added a few mods and hope to continue the story line much farther (I have 6 stories planned, only 1 officially included) If anyone's a good writer, you can email me at [email protected], reply to the thread, or private message me over the forum.

Be aware I believe I have figured out how to fix the bug regarding crashing post world generation. 1.3.1 will include that fix for sure.

Well, 1.3.1 is fixing issues that I noticed while playing the map. Some Epiphany of the Mage storyline shall be added
