Summary of the problem Kinetic Dynamo Not Generating Power
Pack Version 1.1.0
What is the bug? I set up a water wheel but the kinetic Dynamo is not producing any RF power what so ever.

Is it repeatable? Yes, I've tried this in Single players and other non supported methods such as servers and does not work on either.
Known Fix None at this time.
