Killer Joe crashing my game

Title Killer Joe crashing my game

Details of the issue so i made a killer joe, and when i broke it, it crashed my game, and i havent been able to play the game again after that. it loads one frame, where i can still see the killer joe is still there, but also in my inventory (not sure which ones ractually there) is there a way to get rid of the
