kicked after putting stone Armour on in sky factory 3 please help

I was playing sky factory 3 having a lot and fun and i was kicked when i put stone armour on and i cant reconnect to the server please help
 
Use a offline editor to remove the armor or revert to a previous backup of your world.

If you're using optifine, try removing that first and then try again.
