Windows .exe Keyboard Issues

I just installed FTB and I'm having a problem. Once I'm in-game my mouse works fine but my keyboard begins acting up. Pushing keys doesn't do anything at first, but then my character will suddenly start running in one direction and also occasionally jumping. I'm fairly certain it's not server lag as I have a friend who wasn't having issues and his internet is much slower than mine. I'm using the Mindcrack modpack.

I have gotten several tickets regarding this issue (on the Help Desk)
I'm still looking for the cause and a solution to the problem. But I'm also trying to reduce the growing backlog on the Help Desk, so as soon as I can dedicate some time to find the problem, I'll try :)

If you guys could post your entire client-side console log to pastebin.com and link them, it would be very helpful!


Also, have you ever gotten the launcher/game to work?

Update: After speaking with one of the launcher devs, the best suggestion that can be offered at the moment is to try removing Voxel Map

The launcher works... get on to the game after walking a couple of blocks the game keys don't work.

Guys I made it WORK by disabling the Voxel map in "edit map pack" now it works fine, if you want a mini map just download reis minimap and use that one.
You gave me a hint with telling me that.

I can't stand not having voxelmap. Has any other fix shown up for this? My wife's computer can use it just fine, so why can't mine?

Then why is it that my wife can use it and I can't? as a matter of fact, I seem to be the only person on our server having this problem. I really miss using it too.

I tried that and it didn't work. I thought to myself what is different? My computer is "Windows 7 Pro", so I tried running it in win7 compatibility mode and no luck there either. I was starting to worry that it was just going to stay like that and then.... I noticed that the mob icons were flashing on the map, so I checked the key setting (seeing as how the map menu key was the only key that worked), toggle mobs was set to "none". I changed it to something else and now it works!
