JRE Load error

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
Trying to install the launcher on my Mac. Running OSX El Capitan. Have all firewalls and such turned off. Will not launch, just get a 'JRE Load Error' message in a dialogue box with an 'okay' button and no other options.​

What version of Java do you have? If you don't have latest, try updating to the latest.

Edit: do not install Java 9. If you do not know how to find your Java version, go to your terminal and type `java -version`
