A bit about yourself: I've been playing with a ton of these mods since 1.8 Beta and I am fairly good with all of them. I always put my packs together and configured my configs to my liking's and fix the ID's which is no problem for me. I plan on going to college for computer sciences and I am currently using "Codeacdemy.com" to learn some basic coding. I have also built my own gaming computer a few times and love anything tech related. I am always easy to reach on any platform of contact. It would be an honor to work with the FTB Team no matter what my job is, as long as I am helping.

Experience in support: I currently work at Jets Pizza and make/cut pizza and work with customers and I am always respectful.

Dear Concerned FTB Player,
Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention. I recommend updating your Java to the newest version found on "http://java.com/en/download" and make sure your version of Mindcrack is the newest version via the FTB Launcher. If all else fails, backup your world and delete your FTB files, and re-download the launcher and use the a fresh install of FTB.

As it turns out, FTB staff automatically have an account, I just never realised. If I've read the info correctly, I just have to wait for someone to give me the right privileges so I can answer questions.
