Summary of the problem JEI - Items in crafting grid turn invisible

Pack Version 1.0.1

What is the bug? When placing items in the crafting grid and clicking the arrow for "Show Recipes" they visually disappear (also no tooltip when mousing over) from the crafting grid after using the escape key to return to the inventory. Items drop upon closing the inventory or reappear when clicking a crafting grid slot.
