Javax.net error

I have no idea what this means hopefully someone can help me

Looks like either a java issue or that you have a 3rd party antivirus software installed on your machine that blocks the process.

If you have a 3rd party antivirus - sort that out and make needed configuration changes to allow software to run (search for help on that specific softwares support pages)

If you don't have a 3rd party antivirus, try re-installing java.
