Java(TM) SE binary has stopped working

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue IDK what is goin on... i've played modded minecraft on my pc before never had a problem until recently... so what happens is i launch curse ftb the new direwolf20 pack with 4gb of my 8gb of ram.
i've latest 64bit java aswel.. forge is fine till it get's to 7/7 and when it's about to finish i get a pop up window and says Java(TM) SE binary has stopped working..
it's super annoying i've just really been wanting to play again recently and im just so bummed.. i've honestly looked every where for an answer..this is my first post about it.
if anyone has some input on what to do i'll listen..I reset my comp to factory setting over this in hopes of being able to play.. it didn't work fml.

I've absolutely no problems playing vanilla at all it opens and plays just fine no issues.

the places i've looked where people had this problem most of them were actually able to get in and play before this message pops

I found a fix.. go into curse files... go to instance.. pick which ever pack you want.. after that go to the config find splash edit it with note pad change true to false fixed it for me... was like the forge gui
