Details of the issue Get a error message the same as the title when CoFH core Is initialized. After reviving the error message Minecraft closes. Running Both 32 and 64 bit Java Version 8 Update 111. Minecraft was allocated 3GB RAM.
I am Above the required Specifications however here are my computer specifications:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 - 3GHz
4GB DDR3 RAM
Intel Q45 Express Chipset

The log does not help unfortunately. I am guessing it is a combination of lack of memory and your underpowered gfx card.

I've run FTB lite 3 and more demanding mod packs on a less powerful 32-bit computer with worse GPU,CPU and RAM

After striping down all other mods I can say that the problem is one specifically is CoFH core. I'm getting the error when CoFH core is the only mod running. it should also be noted that I can load and play other modpacks such as crashed landing its just CoFH core after 1.7.10

Known bug. Cofh upstream claims that problem have been fixed but nobody really tested it.
