my java says most time can''t create virtual java machine what does that mean

i have the latest version of java[DOUBLEPOST=1387824445][/DOUBLEPOST]and it only says can''t create a virtual java machine[DOUBLEPOST=1387824477][/DOUBLEPOST]not even hexxit works

Uninstall all traces of Java. Delete the folders to ensure a completely clean uninstall. Use a registry cleaner to ensure Java is completely off your system.

Do a clean install of 64-bit Java 1.7u45.
