Solved Java problem with starting server

Hello,
I am trying to start up a server again that hasn't been touched for a month, everything worked fine before but now it keeps displaying error messages or either "unable to acces jarfile"

Here's what it displayed

what java version and update are you using

its on a 1.12 minecraft forge and i'm using java 8 update 321

You will find older builds of Java 8 on Adoptium's website, at https://adoptium.net/archive.html?variant=openjdk8&jvmVariant=hotspot. Take the JRE for the jdk8u312-b07 section from 21 October 2021, otherwise more recent versions might be incompatible.


You need to downgrade your java since the newest version has issues with forge.
