Windows .exe Java or internet related launcher problem

I tried coming back to feed the beast because i havent played in weeks 3 days ago, and i found i couldnt update any modpacks or the launcher.
i tried reinstalling and failed, this is the log. http://pastebin.com/uY4ddZRF

Add the launcher to your firewall rules and allow inbound and outbound connections, also try changing your advanced settings in regards to download servers

it is allowed through my firewall, and still no change.
