java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Details of the issue:
When I log in I can play for a few seconds until i get kicked with message: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Info:
-My friends Hosting a server that is on a hamachi network

-Tried reinstalling Hamachi
-Have java version: 1.8.0_45u (64bit)
-It also says AromaCore1997 failed to load, either there is something wrong with your connection or my server​
