java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error

My game crashes and give me this error

i've ran out of idears to get this fixed
i did following:
Delete all files from java and reinstalled, same with the FTB Laucher.
Disable firewall and Anti-virus program.
Reboot router.

What can the problem be ?
