Java Lang Array Index Out of Bounds Exception?

I've been re'writing the item ID's of Tropicraft, got all of them right, I checked & everything! my only problem is when I run FTB. that's what I get this:

Java Lang Array Index Out of Bound Exception: 9020 Bamboo Stair

as an Error message then it crashes.

What does that mean/ how do I fix it?

I'm assuming and ID conflict since thats what you were moving around. Check to see if the ID 9020 is being used for something else.

No No No. I checked it all I know for a fact that it's not used. I changed all the Id's to stuff that isn't used
That's the reason I said i got all of it correct...
