Java error when launching Horizon on new Launcher

Currently im getting "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/common/collect/Lists"
After trying to launch the new pack.

I have deleted,redownloaded the pack and also removed both java versions and only reInstalling 64bit but still no luck.

Many of the issues I've seen with the updated launcher have been related to the users game setup, so I'd like to rule that out as a possibility.
