Details of the issue I am able to load the launcher but while the game is loading, it crashes with the same error each time.

Remove optifine

Allocate more ram to the game - settings on the Curse launcher / minecraft and scroll down a bit and pull the slider to the right.

As you're running 32-bit version of Windows, that means you can't access that much ram - and this pack might not even work out for you, you might want to check out the lighter packs.

But either way, set the ram to 2gb (if you're lucky and don't have much else running on your machine, you might be able to push it to 2,5gb - but you need to leave some for windows and for other applications to function)

I'm fairly certain you will never be able to run Infinity Evolved with 3GB RAM, considering every time I have played it was using +/- 4GB just for the game. My current throwaway laptop came with i3/4GB DDR3/win10 and I could not play Infinity Evolved until I upgraded the RAM. Even using win7, you only have half the RAM you need at this point.
