The logs are here I get the first error followed by the second one in a space of five or so seconds. I've already reinstalled and checked my Java versions several times. Would there be an error if I have both a 64-bit and a 32-bit java installed?

I've seen this error before it is more than likely your AV program that is causing this. Try temporarily disabling your AV and/or adding an exception to minecraft and/or the launcher. It is usually best to not to have both versions of Java though. Check out this guide on how to install the launcher the recommended way. Also be sure to check out the 'Other USEFUL information:' section first paragraph about some AV programs. Here is another user that doing this helped with this error.

Thanks I reinstalled and added exceptions in the AV program it's working without a hitch. Might add an addendum though; I had to add an exception for the FTB ultimate folder containing the mod files as well.
