I'm not sure of all of them, but I know that it can uncraft storage blocks, machine blocks (which are basically storage for refined iron) and RP microblocks, by way of putting them back together. Most vanilla wooden items can be uncrafted with a Thermal Expansion sawmill, and vanilla metal with the alloy furnaces from RedPower.
